Poor Goose-but I'm glad he still helped his fellow feathered friends in the end

This is like when someone is brain dead but they are able to help others with their various organ donations. That's what this lovely goose did; not only further education for staffers/transmitter people but also further the continuance of her own kind and those of other flight birds.

A sad story but thanks Tiff for giving that permission to the vet. It was worth and great good I'm sure came of it.

Pansy reminded me.

What a fine and noble legacy for one little goose, that her passing would be used to teach humans, in the hope that her species might benefit.

Thanks for the story, Tiff.

Thank you to yourself and the vet for all the work you do to help birds in need. Kind of bittersweet, to know that Canada helped others in his last moments.

I think that's really great. Pansy's right. It's like a human being an organ donor.

Thanks, Tiff, for letting Canada goose to leave a legacy. We should all sign up to be organ donors ourselves.
