All of Seattle's rain is here in Idaho! We have had 13 days of thunder storms. When would you guys like the rain back? We are getting really sick of and miss our sun. All's well with the world and the ducks:-) Seems like the new kids have settled in quite well, they are so cute. Everyone looks so good with the green backdrop too! Things are finally setteling down at Foppe's Acre too. Spirit is enjoying the yard again and walks perfectly. Saffy's legs are getting better too, she still limps a little but she is on eggs in the duck pavillion and recovering. Snowy has been penned for 6 days and walks again like before. Suus started to limp last week, but we didn't have space in the pens anymore so I let her get better as she was, free. Yesterday she looked fine again. Solo is pecking on Suki, she ripped Suki's skin at the base of the beak, but they are also sharing a food dish so they are setteling their disputes. Sieb and Snuggles are both penned for a week now, separate rooms, to give the girls a break from mating. It's anarchy under the girls now that the drakes are penned. Everyone is fighting over superiority. I'll let Snuggles out as soon as I can so he can get his girls back in line again. So we've had quite a few chaotic weeks with our ducks.....
