I messed up a comment so am trying again here. Not sure where it went. EEJ, welcome to this awesome Mr. Flapper website. I love reading the Twitter comments at the top right from Flap. he is so funny, he and all his gang including the ‘chikins’.

Seattle/Puget Sound is hot HOT today; 90’s is a bit too much and no breeze. I think it’s suppose to go back to the 70’s by saturday. Hang in there Flap. We don’t care for it either and need ice cubes in our bathtubs.

What are the signs she’s handicapped?? Sunny can’t stand up or walk much at all. Her previous owner said she’s been that way for awhile. The vet she took her too couldn’t find any reason, but she definitely has an infection and parasites for which she’s currently being treated. She’s over 6-years-old and I think she’s been lame for over a year.

Both chickens and the duck are on panacur for worms. They’re also on two other medications.

Just wondering why you keep referring to Sunny as permanently handicapped. What do you mean? How can you know she’s handicapped if you don’t know what’s wrong with her? Or are you talking about two different things?

Have you dewormed Sunny? I can see too that she’s not completely well, but why do you keep calling her handicapped, what are the signs?

That Raquel is so beautiful. A friend of mine is into having pet chickens and has all kinds. She has one similar to Raquel.

Tif you take such great care to every detail for your guys and gals, including the temporary rescues. They all look happy and at home.
