My “Simon” that does that, his name is Wilbur. When i wake up at night, his face can be right in front of my face and he’s staring at me. Scares the heck out of me. Sometimes when I’ve just gone to bed and my eyes are closed but i’m not asleep, i can tell Wilbur has jumped up on my bed and he is very close to my face. I open an eye real slow and he is right there, in my face. What is with these furry fur balls???

We love our ducks and our cats.

I have a Simon, and his name is Peepers. He has feathers instead of fur. He stares at me with his black parrot eye. He lands on my head when I’m sleeping and pries my mouth open with his beak.

We should start an “I Have a Simon” support group.
