Rex & Turk Check-In
Rex and Turk are still here as foster kids.
Turk is a shy guy but a super sweetheart. He wants nothing to do with me, and he isn’t really that fond of Rex either. So he has his own space to chill out.
Rex is not shy. He loves to chat and chase and talk talk talk all the time.
“Are you saying I talk too much?”
Do you remember ever NOT talking, Rex?
“Hmm. Good point.”
Rex is here until he re-grows some feathers. His feathers are in horrible condition and he’s missing a lot of them.
Turk could really go to a new home anytime. His feathers are in pretty good shape. I don’t think he’s interested in going to a home with Rex, but I have been too busy to start finding him a forever home just yet.
I would like for him to have a home where he can be safe from not only predators, but also safe from dogs and even kids. He’s a very shy, sensitive guy and he deserves a home that understands that. Even though he’s not my duck, I can’t help but want the very best for him.
He reminds me a bit of my own shy, sensitive guy.
So that’s the Turk & Rex update.

I was wondering about the white boys, thanks for the update. I know you’ve got your hands full right now, but thanks for taking them in.
I hope you’ll find the perfect home for these guys, a peaceful place with a few girls for them would be wonderful. Good luck Rex and Turk.

Aww! Wish I could take Turk, but I think things would get a bit messy in this apartment.
I’m sure you’ll do the very best you can for them.
