Doodlers

Chewy doodles in the sprinkler mud while Flapper enjoys the sprinkles. O’Malley supervises and shows off the many emotions of his head crest. Sunny interrupts to ask to be lifted out of the big pool.

Adoption Video: Rex

This is Rex. He is a muscovy drake duck. He was dumped at a park where some dogs chased him, he was starving and he attacked people. I believe small children were his favorite target.

As you can see he is very well-behaved. He is looking for a forever home where he can chase and bite most everything. Also he would like to climb up your clothing to attack your face, if you don’t mind too much.

Won’t you consider taking this lovable guy home forever and ever?

But seriously, Rex and his shy buddy Turk are here until they molt their crummy feathers and get a full new set of healthy feathers. Then I’m not sure where they’ll end up, but we’re just starting to think about that. For now, they’re busy getting a good, balanced diet of proper food and relaxing in a safe foster home. They also enjoy mouthing off to O’Malley. And Rex really is a great guy, he just has a few bad behaviors.

NOTE: Anyone considering hatching muscovy ducks should watch this video 10 times first.
