Kiss It Better
Chewy still doesn’t seem to be feeling all better. I am hoping some kisses will help.
I may take him to the vet this Saturday if it isn’t too early to re-test his blood to see if his infection is improving. It will be six-days of antibiotics by then, and I’d also like them to examine him (the emergency vet didn’t really know enough about ducks to do a good exam). We’ll keep you posted. Until then, please give him a kiss UNLESS YOU ARE A CHICKEN. Then Chewy said to keep your kisses and cuddles to yourself.
NOTE: There is a kissing booth flash toy above, but some people can’t see it. If you can’t see it, we will just give Chewy kisses for you anyway.
XOXO

Chewy – This is not from a chicken. Feel better, soon – ‘kay? Hugs and kisses from two parrots in Maryland.
I would like to send a big kiss for Chewey, and I hope he feels better soon. Also one for Mr Flapper so he doesn’t feel left out.
Sending a big ol’ wet kiss
Sending kisses for Chewy from me, a dog, 3 cats, 2 mice, and a fish. Hope all these kisses get you feelin better soon!
Aww, Chewy, please get all better. Love and kisses from everyone here except the chickens.
Here’s some kisses from me, Emi, Michael, Albert, Jackson and Punkin. I hope those meds kick in soon and he starts feeling better. Lots of love to Chewy.
Pucker up, Chewy. You’ve got 7 ducks sending kisses, a bunch from their human family, and Dixie the Dachshund sends some licks, too.

Now we can see the cute Kissing Booth feature. What a heart-breaker!
More kisses on the way!
Mr Chewy Duck, I would like to share a story with you, if I may be so bold.
Way back in time, when I was a flightless young thing of the age of seven my family had a HUUUUGE gathering.. friends of friends, RAF families, everyone. In charge of the kids was a girl named Chewy.
Her real name was actually Helen, but everyone called her Chewy. She was a very admirable thirteen years old. She was happy, cheerful and patient. She organized games, seperated scraps, and entertained a horde of bratty young things. She even kept us in good behaviour while eating! Never did she raise her voice or resort to threats, she was just so NICE we wanted to make her smile. She had a smile that would light up a room.
She was the one who taught me that no matter what the media says, teenagers can be pretty darn nifty people. And every time I see your name, I remember her smile. <3
go chewy
Kisses and well wishes Chewy!
Love, your CA duck fans Stinky and Quacky.
