Holiday Cards
“Wow! Who sent all these cards?”
People and ducks and geese who are friends of you and Flapper sent them to us for the holidays.
“Awww, that is so nice!”
I think so too, Chewy.
“Thank you for the holiday cards, everyone.”
“What is it?”
I think you knocked one over with your butt.
“I did? Oops.”
“Oooooh who is THIS one from? She is cute!”
I’m not sure, Flapper. There are lots of cute duckies there.
“I hope all ducks and geese and their people have a great holiday and a Happy New Year.”
That was nice, Flapper.
“Thanks, mom.”
Whoa, Flapper! The flapping will… oh nevermind.
“I cleaned up all the holiday cards for you.”
Yes… sort of. You’re a good helper, buster.
“I try. Okay, good night. Put me back outside, please.”

And special thanks to everyone for sending cards to Flapper! We are just about ready to send out our holiday cards, even if the holidays are almost over. They’ll be late but they’ll be there… soon.

i was wondering when there was going to be something christmas on Flap’s website. I was thinking he might have a red bow tie on with blinking little green lights. I’m glad all is well.
Fran – Chewy is doing just fine now. He is still on antibiotics for a few more days and then he will go back to the vet for one last check of his bloodwork to make sure his infection is completely gone.
I’m so glad to hear this. Please give him a snuggle from me!
