Gosh, what a great 11 months it has been. I never even knew that these kinds of chikins existed. I’m sure that Flap didn’t either. I have so enjoyed having her a part of Flap’s backyard. I say congratulations to you Tif on your Masters. What a great accomplishment. Enjoy this time as much as you can.

Poor thing. I’ve been such a big fan of the whole group, and just got caught up on the last couple of years! Raquel has had a wonderful family of people and critters surrounding her for the last 11 months.

Sorry that the prognosis doesn’t look good for sweet Racquel. She was fortunate to end up in your care and had an awesome, priviledged life with you. Thank you for sharing her stories so folks get to know some of the secret life of chickens.

Congratulations on earning your Master’s degree!!! It’s not easy to stay that focused with all the other things competing for your attention.

I’m so sorry for Racquel, and I’m sorry for you and all the critters at Casa del Flapper, but specially for Olivia.
What heartbreaking news. I hope there’s something that can be done, but if there isn’t you choose the best option for your little muppet. She’s had a wonderful time with you, she was lucky to end up at Flapper’s and beiing surrounded by such sweet critters (I know, Malley was rough at showing his affection for her from time to time).
I’d like to add that I’m sorry for giving you such a hard time when Racquel just arrived, sometimes we say the wrong things out of concern….

Whatever happens in the coming days, Racquel has left an impression on me, she’s made a difference. Bless you funny fuzzy lady, be at peace.

On a different note; I’d like to wish you lots of luck with your upcoming graduation! I hope it all will go well and congratulate you with all your studying and hard work!

So sad, I love that fuzzy little muppet. You have had so many losses as of late Tiffany, you are truly an angel for doing what you can do, and far stronger than I could ever be in such situations such as this. God has blessed these animals by bringing them to you.

Oh no. Something like this was to be expected at her age, I guess, but it is still very sad. I didn’t know that chickens came in fuzzy muppet variety until I saw Racquel, and I feel richer for having known her, albeit remotely.

I will continue to hope for the best, even if the “best” means to say goodbye. I am
tearing up now….

I feel for Olivia. I hope that she will not be too lonely without her best bud.

Congrats on the masters, even if the timing is unfortunate. At another time I’d love to hear about your career plans.
